The United States will begin widely distributing COVID-19 (COVID-19 booster shots next month and will recommend them for most Americans who received the vaccine, according to several top federal health officials.
A joint statement from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky, National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, and acting Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Janet Woodcock said people will need boosters starting eight months after they received their second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
Nothing like doubling down on stupid! The shots are losing their effectiveness because the virus is evolving not because people need boosters.

This just makes me wonder about the stupidity of my fellow man. I will be disgusted to see how many folks I know go for this booster shot.
I wonder if the people screaming at me a few months ago when I stated we have far more studies on natural immunity than on the vaccine will admit they were wrong? Nah——they’ll be putting in their name for the vaccine asap!
Will these people have to have proof of a booster of another booster to get back to “normal”?
I’d rather just have the FDA Authorized Antibody Cocktail as my preventative COVID treatment booster..
We will have jabbed up people convulsing in the street like junkies.

Normal? What is normal these days? No booster fixes gullible.
This means all the virtue-signaling vaxxers who write, “I’m fully vaccinated!” will not be fully vaccinated when the booster is out.
Nor will they ever be “fully vaccinated” for more than 3-6 months - for life - as new boosters are required for variants.

Except those the got the janssen vax (J&J single dose). They didn’t mention a booster for it (just Pfizer and moderna).
