Anyone who cites the 25th Amendment as a mechanism for removing the president is delusional.

Read the text of the 25th Amendment. It's clearly designed for a situation where a president is temporarily incapacitated or out of contact. The evidence for this is clearly laid out in Section 4 of the Amendment. The President can negate any declaration of "incapacity" by simply informing Congress in writing that he's fully capable of carrying out his duties.

The only way to override the president in that case is to have a two-thirds majority in BOTH houses of Congress vote to remove him. That's more difficult than simply impeaching and convicting him.
