Maybe a good responsible guy. But blamed by too many for something that was not his fault. Sometimes things are just acts of God.

But in our society, someone has to be responsible and maybe too many pointed at him.

That’s a tremendous personal shock to witness and live through. Some in that situation need to talk about it, but don’t know who will listen. Some refuse counseling,
“because they’re not crazy.”
A shootout as described here, would normally have a rippling effect, a resonance of severity that effects everyone in a slightly different way, and not all at the same time.
