The Taliban sent Joe Biden a message Tuesday by posing for a photograph, which later end up on Twitter, showing fighters holding ice cream cones. The message is clear. They know Biden is a weak, mentally disabled joke of a man, and they have zero fear of America under his leadership. This is the image Biden has projected to America’s enemies.

Those guys in the photo are relatively young. This isn’t the Taliban of the 1990s. This is Taliban 2.0. I imagine there’s a lot more these days who received Western educations, speak English fluently, and are social media savvy.
