He declined to take on Obama in 2012. Probably would have lost. He's the type of guy the head hunters get big money to recruit for CEO jobs. The 17th amendment got in the way of the party elders who would have nominated him. The direct voting by citizens gave us candidates with more flash than substance. You only need to fool people some of the time and we missed an opportunity. This is why good people don't run for office and we're stuck with the attention whores(AOC)and drama queens(Cuomo).

Then there are the entrenched, unelected bureaucrats running the departments. FBI and CIA continue to make mistakes and never change. The Dr. Fauchi’s continue to get it wrong. If Trump couldn’t stop it Mitch Daniels wouldn’t. Long term vigilance is the answer and the 17th amendment took away the balance of power.

And that the big pay to Iran (which obamaumao raked off his %age and Qatar’s) was another ransom under the “cover” of the “iran nuclear deal”. This is an “open secret”. Parrott has representation under the Statute for whistleblowing, and uh... has not been killed.

Obama would have been tough for anyone to beat, being the Lightworker and performing miracles and all, but Mitch might have done it. He is wickedly funny, would have run rings around Obozo intellectually, and could have mocked him with class and good high humor. Lefties can't take ridicule. That might have been Obama's Achilles heel. I still think Mitch might have made the run absent the spousal veto, which was absolute.
