For more detail go to the link and click on the image for a high definition image. You can then move the magnifying glass cursor then click to zoom in and click again to zoom out. When zoomed in you can scan by moving the side bars on the bottom and right side of the image.

It should be RS Ophiuchi, I believe--they generally use the genitive form of the constellation name.

Ophiuchus means "serpent holder" (ophis = "serpent" in Greek). The snake in Acts 28.3 is described by a different term, echidna, "viper" (maybe to emphasize that it was a poisonous snake). The snake being held by the serpent holder is known by its Latin name (Serpens Caput and Serpens Cauda).
