Front Line Doctors update SCAM COST

This is a continuation of my previous post reviewing my experience with Front Line Doctors.

My last post ended with me waiting til today, Monday August 16, 2021, to hear from Berkley pharmacy. I decided to call them at 3pm. The phone just rang and rang, no answering machine nobody home at 586 573 8300.

So then I texted 863 875 5700 at 3:30pm so I wouldn’t have to stay on hold. This number is supposed to be to “Ravkoo”. 20 minutes later I got a call from Berkley Pharmacy and spoke to someone with an Indian accent. He told me he is ready to send out 25 tablets of Ivermectin for $150.00. I said no just give me my prescription. We went round and round about who can give me the prescription like my doctor or Frontline doctors. Bottom line he wouldn’t give me the prescription I paid 90 dollars for. He suggested I get my pharmacy to call him and he will give it to them.

So I called Walgreens ( I am in MS), she asked me what it was for and I told her for a prophylactic. And she said it is not approved by the FDA for a prophylactic and she will not fill it. I said that was between me and my doctor. She said they have a separate license than the doctor and they don’t have to fill prescriptions from doctors. Ok. So I wasted the nonrefundable 90 bucks and 8 days trying to get it.

I am asking you guys to post WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR IVERMECTIN TABLETS FROM A US PHARMACY.

Well I am not trying to dox them what I am trying to convey that paying 150 dollars for something that costs a dollar is not right. Scam is just the shortest way to convey that in a title. That is a ripoff of course. Goodness someone paid 345.00 on freerepublic.

I’ll check goodrx but I dont have the prescription in my hands. But it looks like I am going to have a hard time getting this filled.

I dont think trying to get it filled for a dog would work only because we always got our dog meds from the vet.

Good Rx quotes 3 mg dosage tabs for 30 tabs: 40.42, 48.25, 78.50, and 88.70 at 4 local pharmacies. I had to all four pharmacies in Pittsburgh yesterday before I found a pharmacy that would admit they had and would dispense it to a family of three of my patients who were on vacation there with one of them testing positive and very symptomatic.

You got the script..it isnt a scam. Your problem is with the pharmacy. You have to call around. Amazon pharmacy will fill it.

Consider trying a “compounding pharmacy” in your area. They are usually more responsive and less likely to push back compared to big box pharmacies.

OK what I am going to do is see if I can get the prescription from Front Line Doctors so I can go around and find out who will fill it. There are only so many pharmacies here.

The 586 area code number was given to me from Front Line for Berkley Pharmacy. I think Front Line uses “Ravkoo” Pharmacy and then they call another Pharmacy.

But anyway they need to be more forth coming. They need to tell people what the cost is going to be or at least make an agreement with their pharmacies not to rip people off.

I never heard of a pharmacy asking me why I wanted something before. I’ll write back and let you know if I can get the prescription or not.

Try to find out in advance before you pay money
If doctor will electronically submit a prescription to a local pharmacy.

With all that said, heard the story of a doctor
Airlifted out of a non-treating hospital to a hospital that would treat.

Regardless of the price, it is very good to know
we have access to life saving medication.

$120 for 78 3mg tablets at CVS. No questions asked. However, Rite Aid said they wouldn’t fill it, but if they did, it would be $100 for 20 3mg tablets.

I order from India and get the ivermectin Ziverdo pack, 3 ivermectin pills, zinx and another supplement, $5.50 a pack.

I’m in PA. I called SpeakWithAnMD.com. On the form I checked off that I wanted a preventative script of Ivermectin - the other choice was HCQ. The doctor - she practices in Connecticut - called me and said that she could call the script in to my local pharmacy, CVS, using the goodrx card, and that once I confirmed that my pharmacy was going to fill the script, I should cancel the mail in pharmacy order when they called for my billing info.

You can get dirt-cheap HCQ and Ivermectin on Indiamart.com, which is like Ebay or Alibaba. The sellers are in India, so allow 4 weeks to receive a shipment. You have to pick a seller, and each seller has their own homepage on the site, usually with a custom domain name. If you log in to Indiamart and go to a seller’s page, they get notified, and they will contact you. You may get a ton of email offers from clicking around the website.

One Indiamart seller quoted the following prices.

• 100 tablets x Ivermectin-12mg $15
• 150 tablets x Hydroxychloroquine 200mg $20
• Shipping for up to 1000 pills is $ 40 (Slow shipping)

You can negotiate, and all sellers will probably match these prices.

Horse paste will also work fine. If horse paste is the only kind you can get, then get it. (Just avoid horse paste that also contains a second drug.) Get it at a livestock supply store.

I paid $50 for a U.S. virtual doctor visit, plus about $6 for 13 HCQ pills to take one each week, plus daily Zinc. (I now think Ivermectin is a better choice.) To get a refill prescription, I have to do a follow-up virtual doctor visit each 3 months for $25.
