DARPA the fringe boffins group is working on just such a device. My dog has a chip in her ear I don’t think it’s wise to chip humans the chip can migrate and cause a blockage in a vein or artery leading to stroke or cardiac arrest we tolerate the risk on pets but humans not so much.
