At the rate whoever is running this administration is running this country into the ground, will we have a country by the end of 2021? Will the people finally wake up?

I am sorry to drain your delusion, but the “country” you think we should have has long ceased to exist.
This is because the left has a plan and has steadily gained power while successfully executing it and your imagined country.
The right has no plan and can only produce a “reactionary” (like Trump) now and then with no lasting achievements.
To be banal and cite only the most current of many examples, more people within this “country” and internationally will celebrate rather then bemoan the defeat and disgrace of the USA in Afghanistan. This failure too is part of the plan to further demoralize that remaining minority that has delusions of the “country” you asked about.
