Did the materials released by Mike Lindell at his Cyber Symposium meet evidentiary standards of relevance, proof of origin, chain-of-secure-custody and reproducibility that online security experts say would be needed to take seriously his claim that he holds massive data files showing the 2020 election was stolen by hackers? No, that's not true. Lead Stories asked for the information necessary to authenticate his evidence two weeks in advance of the symposium and was rebuffed, and the materials released August 10, 11 and 12, 2021, were more of what Lindell showed before the gathering: videos showing computer code of unauthenticated origin scrolling in a continuous loop.
During the weeks leading up to the Cyber Symposium, Lead Stories staff talked to Lindell, his anonymous designated spokesperson and national election security and cybersecurity experts to double-check what would be needed to verify that Lindell has what he claims he has. We boiled it down to nine questions.

PCAP == ?
PCAP is short for packet capture...
last week we had some heated discussion about Mike Lindell and the Symposium....
Personally I don’t think the symposium moved the ball one inch in convincing people the election was hacked....
They did show some very interesting election statistics that showed a high likelihood something happened, but proving it was never done IMO...
But I think it did advance the momentum for getting full forensic audits in a number of places....
Video presentations are absolutely meaningless if the underlying data has not been authenticated. Honestly, the Symposium should have been delayed until that happened, or cancelled if it couldn’t be authenticated.
Yeah that was disappointing. I was expecting all those invited cyber experts to announce the validity of the data if nothing else. Maybe they all informed Lindell that the data was bs instead.
If you’ve got “Absolute Proof” then why wouldn’t you release it?
Mike sold me a ten and delivered a three. I had high hopes but I don’t see this making much difference. The data shows that in all states, dead people and non resident info was used to create votes. Both parties are in on this and it’s been going on longer than since 2020. They just perfected it this time. What tripped them up was the HUGE turnout for Trump. That’s why the had to halt the count and go to the backup plan number two.
What a con on gullible people.
I saw some enlightening stuff. But nothing like what I thought was going to happen. He announced big bombshells at certain times and they seemed like very planned events. The raid on the ladies office. Then something the next day at noon that I don’t think even was announced. He had thousands of affidavits by Rudy. He could have flew them in to talk and fill in time with proof. No mention of the fact there was 25+ million more votes than in 2016. That’s statistically impossible without using the mail ins.
Lindells promise I think rested on info he was getting from a con man. The guy apparently backed out. I think he was paid to do this to discredit him and the audits. The numbers come out from Arizona soon. Let’s see if they get paid or scared off. One thing for sure is that biden never got 80 or 81 million votes.
My question is if everything was pre-detemrmined then why was the counting stopped- ballots double scanned etc. Why would shenanigans be necessary if everything was set up in advance?
Nevertheless it was very interesting to see the census and vote correlation info.
Because u don’t have proof. Just scams.
The short translation of your (accurate) summary is: this was a waste of time and Lindell’s money. Of the fraction of the population that cares he failed to make the case, the rest just think he’s a nut.
Lol. Your likely correct.
I think he was being played for a while. I was under the impression that maybe Trump himself gave lindell the evidence to run with. Trump could not bring it foreword himself. This steal involved republicans also.
Some might suggest that not moving the ball—and muddying the field—is exactly what this symposium was about. That it took focus and credibility away from the real work being done with state audits, etc. That it roped in state reps across the country to taint them on an ongoing basis. That those most influentially pushing the event, such as Bannon, Posobiec and Jones are themselves open to question.
Lindell being the most gullible of all, I think.
Or at the very least, under-promise but over-deliver. Don’t call ever sigh a “bombshell!”
If he had said, “We have this information, we are using this symposium to lay it all out for any and all experts, and we will see if this supports or undermines any of the election-steal theories.” If he had done that, he might have even had some undecided viewers rather than just preaching to the choir.
AUTHENTICATED BY WHO?
Do you think the data he used was fake?
Why do people on our side go out of their way to discredit those that are trying to bring the truth to light.
I don't need Mike's symposium. I know trump won by a huge margin but for some unknown self defeatist reason many on our side continue to live in denial of what they witnessed with their own eyes. Mike is doing everything he can to try to save this nation. We need to all pull in the same direction.
Good question
As I understand it in those states where voting was stopped and restarted in the middle of the night was because Trump got more votes than anticipated
So the preset numbers loaded weren’t going to be enough for Biden to win
Which is why they gad to shut it down and late at night /early morning send in the phony ballots
