Interesting!
I can see it now, too. Twitter says they don’t shadow ban.
Perhaps they noticed us noticing… ;-)

I’ve been suspended numerous times and banned before.
Mission 1: Dispute [reject] propaganda push through posting of research and facts
Mission 2: Support role of other digital soldiers [one falls another stands (rises)]
Mission 3: Guide [awaken] others through use of facts [DECLAS 1-99 material and other relevant facts] and memes [decouple MSDNC control of info stream] _ask ‘counter’ questions to initiate ‘thought’ vs repeat [echo] of MSDNC propaganda
Mission 4: Learn use of camouflage [digitally] _primary account suspended-terminated _use of secondary
Mission 5: Identify strengths / weaknesses [personal and designated target(s)] re: Twitter & FB [+other] example re: meme(s) failure to read through use of ALGO [think Tron (MCP_master control program)] _dependence on person-to-person capture [slow response time unidentified user(s)]
HERE IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE YOUR VERY OWN QUININE.....
I read about the “NIATONIN” protocol and it looks easily like one of the more extreme of the prevention measures. There’s a bottle of niacin in my fridge that’s at least 15 years old. I took a single 300 mg capsule for the heckuvit yesterday, to see if it was still any good, and within 5 minutes my skin was visibly red all over, hot to the touch, and tingled. Lasted 15-20 minutes before it went away. Okay if you’re sitting around the house, but rather awkward in a working situation, I’d think!
I’ve never been tempted to take melatonin, mainly because I have zero sleeping problems to begin with, and I’m afraid it might make me comatose! Seriously, I know nothing about it and haven’t investigated or tried it.
My immune system has always been good but at 66 it’s not like it was at 20.
You’re doing a great job on all of that. Your efforts make me feel like a slacker.
I was sick a lot before I retired because of people with kids coming to work sick with viruses they caught from their kids. I haven’t been sick since I retired though. It might not be as bad as I hear it should be. I eat right and take all the right supplements so hopefully it’s better than the average person my age.

That was a niacin flush and it’s a good thing. Your niacin is still good. The flush means you needed it. Melatonin ain’t just for sleep. You can work out your doses of niacin to melatonin so that you don’t get the flush. That’s actually the goal, but it’s different for individuals. IT’s just 2 supplements, so it sounds easy. But to find that synergy might take a little effort.
Thank you dear.

The best thing her and her ex could do is shed poundage. CoVid, or whatever is being sold as it, is primarily a killer of the fat.
If they cut their daily carb intake to under 50g they’ll feel awesome in no time.

"Quercetin; A safe and natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, quercetin is the most frequently studied flavonoid. For dietary sources, it’s found in many plant foods including brassica vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts), capers, grapes, asparagus, green pepper, onions (red onions have the highest levels), shallots, wine, tomatoes, and tea. Quercetin is also present in a wide variety of berries including strawberries, red raspberries, blueberries, black currants, cranberries, chokeberries, and Saskatoon berries. Black chokeberries (Aronia) have the fourth highest level of quercetin of 18 berries studied, at 348 mg/kg. Onions have the highest quercetin content among vegetables and fruits. Frying onions doesn't affect quercetin, but boiling lowers levels by about 30%, transferring the quercetin to the water.A safe and natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, quercetin is the most frequently studied flavonoid. That’s my feeling. We’ll never know. She had health issues already but had never had any strokes until after the vax. It makes you a little suspicious but still....she’s 87. The odd thing is that the day I visited she was in her right mind after not knowing anybody for a few days. She talked to the hospice nurse and even told all of us she had a mini stroke. The next day she didn’t know anybody again. That’s how my grandfather, her dad, was with Alzheimer’s except that it came on slow not all of a sudden.
thanx a lot
I’ll try a batch today
