It's a valid question though. So far it appears that myocarditis and pericarditis, while both rare conditions, are slightly more likely in COVID-19 patients than in those of similar age who received the vaccine. I don't think anyone should be vaccinated against his/her will, but I also don't blindly accept every conspiracy theory that pops up on FR.
