I will be seeking this vaccine as my employer in now mandating all employees become vaccinated or undergo rigorous/regular testing to maintain employment.

Any company that mandates a vaccine for employment is opening itself up to all kinds of future liability litigation, in any number of areas from Americans with Disabilities Act, to HIPAA to Civil Rights violations.

My companies out is regular test results. We have not been informed if we are going to be paying for this and how often. We suspect the cost will be ours and it will be weekly.

I’m seeing my 30 year career possibly melting away a few years before retirement. I’m just beside myself.
