Two things; Research religious exemptions. It seems to be an area respected by some employers. Second, it's better he be fired than quit. If he quits he removes any legal remedy he might have.

My guess is that Muslims and Jews are less likely to be challenged if they claim a "religious exemption" than are Christians.

My pastor sent out a message today that if your employer is allowing a religious exemption, he has written up a rough draft of a letter explaining such. He wrote it with the help of a nurse practitioner.

As yet, I have not fallen into that category. My state (Washington) hasn’t YET mandated that EVERYONE get jabbed, just state employees and medical workers. But, I am waiting....
