Casa Bonita lives ping.
How cool is that!? Loved this place when I was a kid. Lots of good memories.
The other one was Red Top hamburgers in Springs. Big as a dinner plate! Is that place still around.
(and the food wasn't that bad...)
Loved their baskets of sopapillas!!
We went there once, it was weird. They have south park figures in various places.
Every Mexican restaurant should have cliff divers... It helps with the digestion.
I hope they don’t go all “Politically Correct-Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream” about it, and start selling only to specific select groups.
My family and I went there back in the 90s while in Denver for a combination work & family trip. It was certainly a unique experience. Of course, it was a chain with other locations but I don’t think any approached the Denver location in visual appeal. I know a lot of people here in Tulsa will seize upon this with the hope of the local restaurant being brought back to life.
Been there. Quite possibly the worst Mexican food I’ve had and Denver is a town where you can get great Mexican food.
Yes, I know people didn’t go there for the food necessarily but it seemed as if they made an effort to make the food bad.
One must say, this is a good match.
Get them to reopen the one in Tulsa.
Food kind of sucked but it was a neat place.
In Hollister?
Was there as a kid and again more recently. It’s weird in a good sort of way that is fun for families, but the food is terrible. And by terrible I mean even Taco Bell beats it by a mile.
I like how the guy interviewing Matt & Trey said that “we all know Man-Bear-Pig and climate change to be true”.
Uhm - yeah, the climate changes, dumbkoff. How do you think we went from tropical dinosaurs to ice ages, back to tropical/sub-tropical climates?
Man had nothing to do with them then, or now.
Sounds like the Chuck E. Cheese of “Mexican Food”*. * If you consider “Mexican Food” to be a hamburger in a crunchy folded over Dorito. LOL!
South Park boys save a famous landmark in Denver.
Are they also going to buy Chuckie Cheese?
