Another thing they are considering is allowing insurers to charge penalties to those not fully vaccinated against Covid (and boosters as required), other recommended vaccines (ie MMR/TdAP) and those who don’t get annual influenza vaccines by Nov 1st of each year, like the tobacco extra charge.
