Is there an actual link to the FDA’s “Black Box Warning”?

I looked at the vid, and saw the warning, but methinks technically there can be no Black Box warning for a drug that has no label (ie approval).

The term "black box" warning is in regards to the warning section of the product's "Package Insert" - sometimes referred to as the Instructions for Use.
They are serious and no manufacturer wants any of those.

Just did a search. Though I couldn’t
find anything with the exact warning
image or printed text, CNN is even
reporting this. I’d be flamed or
banned for posting a CNN link on FR.
