Doesn’t matter, it’ll be ignored by the teachers and others. Short of 24/7 cameras in classrooms, they schools will DO AS THEY PLEASE, regardless of what people who think they’re overseeing them want.

We might as well get used to it. The schools are composed of people (at all levels) who want CRT...and so they WILL have CRT.

First amendment has nothing to do with some random creep flying the flag of a terrorist organization (BLM) on someone else’s building.

Students are prohibited in many places from wearing clothing of a political nature or that can cause a problem. Instituted to prohibit the wearing of gang colors, these restrictions have mostly been upheld and not considered a First Amendment matter. I don’t see why this wouldn’t apply to teachers as well ... a good proportion of which, at least in some “enlightened” areas, are political advocates and even gang members themselves!
