This country has been importing “cheap labor” since the dawn of the industrial revolution. What has changed in recent decades is that for most industries I don’t believe these Chamber of Commerce types are looking to flood the country with new immigrants because they want cheap labor.

I think these business leaders have looked at our demographic situation and realized that they are slowly getting desperate for more CUSTOMERS.

From Reagan giving amnesty to millions to every president since, turning a blind eye, we’ll never see immigration stopped. Trump did ok. The judges stopped him at every turn.
