The poll was completed from August 7 - 9 by Morning Consult and Politico.
Interestingly, and what Politico doesn’t mention, is that 14% of Democrats believe Trump will be reinstated as well. It’s even higher with Democratic men at 19%.

There must be something wrong with the questions. It’s probably sumthin like “Do you believe Trump will make a comeback?”
That’s interesting, that you both offered me 2 different polls, neither of which I saw referenced in the article. Perhaps I just didn’t look too hard. 🙂
