Exactly! It’s due to the massive resignations of Nurses due to vax mandates that is behind the cause of the shortage, not Covid cases.
That's just starting in NYS, we'll lose 15% of the nurses due to this self made error.
Exactly...mandate injections (it’s NOT a vaccine) if you want to see a REAL shortage.

Exactly, I know two nurses who stated their Covid units were shut down due to nurses quitting because of mandatory vax requirements. Fact. Many hospitals have reduced their patient load because of lack of staffing . This is what will happen to many companies, the military, and possibly .gov agencies. I suspect they know what these mandates will do- create mayhem, gut the military, hamstring hospitals, and much more. Wake up America.
