Day 515 of “15 Days to ‘Flatten the Curve’” – Year 2, Week 20: “Maniacal Mandates Multiplying” Edition
Vanity | 08/10/2021 | Me

Posted on 08/10/2021 8:41:12 AM PDT by CheshireTheCat

Today marks 17 months since the institution of the infamous “Flatten the Curve,” AKA The Deep State’s Plot to Drive Us Crazy, Make Us Stupid, and Take Over the World (in order to make the world safe for China and/or the Deep State and/or New World Order cabal to take it over).

Since my last post in this series, 15 days ago, multiple city and state governments, as well as large private companies, have announced that employees will have to be vaccinated or will be fired. Much of the federal government, including the military, is under a vax mandate.

In both France and NYC, patrons at restaurants, even patrons dining outdoors in the case of Paris, will have to show proof of having been vaccinated. At least in France, patrons can show proof of ‘rona antibodies in lieu of vaccination. I don’t think this is the case in NYC, which is reason alone why France should demand their Statue of Liberty back.

Curiously, or perhaps not so curiously to those of us who have long realized what this is all about, the CDC has not required vaccines for their employees, neither has the Ohio Department of Health. I believe I read the same thing about Pfizer.

I am honestly not sure if Iceland had a vaccine mandate, but inasmuch as something like 90% of their adult population has gotten the vax, it would seem so. But then, it is pretty easy to pressure a small population to get the vax. However, recently Iceland has all but admitted the vaccines are worthless and everyone is just going to have to go ahead and get the ‘rona. Maybe they will encourage people to hold ‘rona parties. I look forward to the videos.

It’s pretty sad when a nation named after frozen water gets it and your nation doesn’t.

Have any of you seen any signs of the people in your social milieu having woken up?

“15 days to stop the spread” Became 15 days to get the infection into nursing homes, and thereby supercharge the fear mongering.

If restaurant owners are really concerned about their restaurants being a vector for the spread of the ‘rona, wouldn’t the right thing to do be to close up shop for the time being?

I once heard there were 80,000+ FReepers, maybe more. Not to diminish the loss of FReeper terart in any way, but you’d think since we are a slightly more ‘mature’ crowd there would be a few thousand gone by now. I mean, the covid fear freaks make it sound like everyone is dying from covid. We haven’t seen massive deaths or even very many in the FReeper population.

You just can’t tell anyone...

The virus is going to happen no matter what we do.

We have lots of ways to treat the virus now to make it less serious.

Vitamin D and losing weight makes you over 5 times less likely to have a serious reaction.

Vaccinations work for a short while then are less effective.

The vaccinated still get the virus and still transmit the virus.

Children never need to be vaccinated. They get few symptoms and they rarely pass along the virus. After vaccination they are not better off.

People who have already had the virus get no benefit from the vaccine. But they are more likely to have a bad reaction to the vaccine.

This is not small pox. Small pox killed most of its victims, it was easy to see and trace. And was transmittable only when pox showed up. So a vaccine stopped transmission of the disease.

What’s going on in Texas?

I don’t see any awakenings but I am starting to see regrets, fear and anger in the ones who have taken the vaccine.

Responses by two of my long term cohort, who are usually rational, reasonable, measure and logical, to my notices about the perils and failures of the vaccine were shocking in their anger.

I smell fear.

In Jackson County, MO (Kansas City area), the stupid is strong.

Th County Executive announced late last week that he was reinstating the mask mandate Monday morning (Aug.9).

This is after a Saturday Garth Brook concert attended by 74,000 people, and the tax-free Back-to-School shopping weekend (Aug 6-8).

Not a great sense of urgency, but a dang fine display of power.

Good summary and accurate too based on the emerging evidence and reports.

It is the military I am concerned about right now. Those people have fewer rights than we do. Their rights in fact are all but nonexistent. They will soon be ordered to take the vaccine.

Why would any sane, not evil person require anyone to take this vaccine that:

Does not protect against infection.
Does not prevent transmission from infected persons to others,
Has demonstrated bad reactions including death and unknown but suspected and expected long term ill effects?

What’s going on in Texas?

Um, do you want to discuss the open borders that are bringing hundred of thousands of people into Texas that have not been checked for Covid-19?

Or, did you want to discuss the inability of hospitals to turn away any who need medical help, including those who may not be American citizens?

Thanks

We just need 15 days of masks and isolation to slow the spread!

I think the problem is that several people have woken up to the much lower risk of COVID than they originally thought. The problem is, they had jobs that allowed them to have a great time during the lockdowns. They don’t want it to end.

The only person I know of who caught covid was a fully vaccinated person.

My place of work never shut down, none of us wore masks or social distanced. Around 40 people work there. They have families and friends yet none of us got the virus.

The Chinese are very capable. They have engineered a very intelligent pathogen. All out attempts to thwart it will only strengthen its ability to survive and thrive.

As it appears we are now finding out.
