I thought about The Storm myself last night. At 5 am there was an incredible blast of thunder, like a bomb going off next door. When my eyes opened, the light from the lightning was still visible. Although it didn’t hit our house, it was close enough that it triggered a GFI outlet, rendering our garage door inoperable until my brother suggested checking the GFI switch.
My brother also experienced a lightning near-hit earlier this year in Houston. Lightning struck the power pole that feeds his house, destroying the control boards in his 20 Kw generator, AC unit, whole-house dehumidifier, and dishwasher. All of these took extra time and money because of COVID-related supply-chain problems. He has since installed industrial-strength surge protectors to prevent future such problems.
Fortunately our power lines are underground here in Arizona, so our problem was minor by comparison. Still, it’s strange that we both had lightning issues this year.

I think he bought from these guys: https://www.empshield.com/. They insure you for up to $25K if the device fails. They claim that their device has prevented damage from 30+ actual lightning strikes.

Has anyone heard why Lindell chose Sioux Falls for the event? I find it intriguing because during a conversation about where the Capitol of the USA would be relocated, that was said to be one of the choices. I think it’s because it is the very center of the country if you include Alaska and Hawaii. (Center of contiguous USA is somewhere in Kansas, I believe.)
Minnehaha can be translated as Waterfall or Rapid Water in the Dakota language. Or curling water (water of the falls).

I think Sioux Falls would be terrific....perhaps they chose SD because its in SDak which has been pretty opened up for the covid hoax.

I saw some great advice about how to refuse the shots at work. Quite simply, don’t do anything.
When you are asked your status, do not answer until you are asked directly. Do not reply to an email. Do not raise your hand, or volunteer.
When you are confronted, ask for the mandate in writing. Say nothing until you get the written document. Once you get the written document, state that you will need time for your lawyer to look it over. Never bring it up again. When asked where your documents are, mention that your lawyer has numerous such documents and it will take time. Never bring it up again. Continue the stall for as long as possible. If given a date, do nothing. On the date, mention that you would like to go on record that your legal counsel has not finished review.
At this point, you will have created a huge problem for HR. They will either have to back off, or terminate you. Either way you win, as they will be forced to terminate you over a medical issue, which anyone in HR will be terrified to do, and they know it could be a career-ender for them.
I am sure the geniuses here could find many more ways to take this framework and make it extra uncomfortable for the HR Karens.
