Disparative Impact is the one which blows my mind the most. That’s the lame excuse (law) they used not to advance those top, highly qualified white Connecticut firefighters years ago.

I don’t know about tax breaks, but set-asides for blacks bidding on government contracts, e.g., 30% of contracts must go to black owned businesses. Only slightly different from “Hiring Quotas”.

Yep. Don’t know the exact moment it happened, but it seemed as if overnight most TV commercials had black families or mixed race couples. Most noticable to me was the absence of straight white males in commercials.
