I have zero doubts Big Pharma wants to turn this into a new revenue stream, where every year people will be compelled to get their flu and now covid shot. And if it's like my experiences with the flu vaccine it will be hit or miss effectiveness.

Yeah, 4 to 6 months fade on protection? They'll be wanting to sell boosters twice a year. How many hundreds of millions of doses is that? How many billions into their bottom line? Of course they're going to recommend it.
