...they promptly filed a lawsuit against the whale watching company for the emotional pain and suffering of their kids while watching a baby whale get eaten by Orca’s.I hope THEY had to pay the court costs when this thing was tossed!

I don’t know if that was the case or not, but I do remember that the first judge who heard it, tossed it very quickly. But I don’t know if court costs were awarded or not.
