MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Since the pandemic began, just 26 of the 11,600 people in Alabama who have died of COVID-19 were fully vaccinated, State Health Officer Scott Harris said Friday.
And most of the nearly 2,000 COVID-19 patients currently in state hospitals are also unvaccinated, he said.
Harris released the numbers as the state tries to boost lagging vaccination rates. Health officials say recent cases resulting in severe illness and death could have largely been prevented if people had gotten inoculated.

Second, today, the director of the CDC said that fully vaccinated people can be asymptomatic (with delta) and spread the disease.
Now, explain to us how the vaccine is working “just fine.”
Can you cite from history where a vaccine allowed the transmission of the disease by the person it was supposed to protect.
And as Tucker Carlson keeps asking, why should a vaccinated person be concerned if the person sitting next to him is not vaccinated, if the vaccine is truly working just fine. That concern also has never happened before.

Between May 14 and July 13th, 70 people died of COVID-19 in Irish hospitals. 2 of them were fully vaccinated, per the Chief Operating Officer of the Irish Health Services:
So that’s 97% NOT fully vaccinated who died.
Fully vaccinated means 14 days following the second dose. Of the 68 who were not fully vaccinated, 10 had no vaccinations at all. 17 had received one dose, but not both. 10 were within 14 days of having received their dose. Of the 12 who died from COVID-19 after having two doses (10 who died from COVID-19 within 14 days of the second dose and 2 who died after 14 days), all were over 65 years old.

Deaths since March 1, 2021? 567
And here are the deaths by date since the vaccine became available. Data is only available to May 20th. Deaths have been plummeting. I have seen no spike in deaths the past month.

And, I forgot to point out to you that the CDC says that just over a third of Americans have had covid. That is over 100 million people. They did not go to the hospital nor die. They were not vaccinated. So, what has the vaccine accomplished more than what was accomplished without the vaccine. Breakthrough cases are in fact killing people.
