In year 2040, I plan on posting video of my daily gym routine. That covid vaccine is no match for my well exercised body.

It is shocking how strong my body feels at age 81 with daily gym routine of 35 minutes. I do 25 minutes on treadmill with wrist weights, followed by 10 minutes of lifting 30 lb. weights. I have reached the conclusion that one need not get feeble and weak with age, all it needs is relentless daily exercise.
