She like most if not almost all in that field has surely been medicating herself with one or another widely known COVID-19-effective therapeutic like HCQ or Ivermectin or both for almost as long as the recent unpleasantness has been underway. Let any of them known to have at least half a brain try to deny it. They would fool nobody with 1/4 of a brain.

Why were these people in the ICU admitted? What covid specific treatments were being given to these patients in order to try to save their lives? What medications were given?
