Listening to plea hearing for Scott Fairlamb. He was arrested in January, faces several counts including assault of police officer and carrying a "dangerous or deadly weapon." (A baton.)

Fairlamb has been behind bars since his arrest. He's now held in DC Deplorable jail.

He's pleading guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement officers.

Obstruction is a felony punishable up to 20 years in jail. Roughly 200 defendants face that charge. Assault is 8 years in prison. Other counts will be dismissed.

DOJ looking for range of 41-51 months in jail and $2,000 restitution.

Lambeth accepts guilty plea.

If just one of these tourists had an aggressive attorney willing to throw down with the government and subpoena the USCP that let each of these tourists through, we could flip-the-f'ing-script and this whole gulag shit would be over.

• Assert affirmative defense that invitation by the USCP is an absolute defense to federal trespass.

• Subpoena the 30+ members of Nanzi's USCP under indictment or investigation for collaboration with the tourists.

• Offer any USCP that testifies transactional immunity, and if they have anything hard on Nanzi, then get them in front of a Committee, and get them full immunity.

If this guy was carrying a baton and obstructing police I’d say there’s a good chance he was anifag posing as a Trump supporter. I wonder how many being held are like that.
