Dana Perino: Democrats are ‘screwing’ landlords again

Democrats worry poor messaging will cost seats in midterms; reaction from ‘The Five.’

TOPICS: Business/Economy
KEYWORDS: eviction; moratorium; realty; rental
Middle class landlords now are the equivalent of the landholding 'kulaks' in Russia when the Bolsheviks rose to power (who funded them??) Lenin said, "We all know who that internal enemy is. It is the capitalists, the landowners, the kulaks, and their offspring, who hate the government of the workers and working peasants..." And Stalin carried forward Lenin's brutal program of extermination. "In order to oust the 'kulaks' as a class, the resistance of this class must be smashed in open battle and it must be deprived of the productive sources of its existence and development.… "

All small and middle-sized business owners are at risk from the New Bolshevism in the Covid tyrants' blue states. The cry from the Left will be "we must defend the poor renters"(after phony lockdowns destroyed their livelihoods) but they are using that to destroy the small landlord, property-owning class. "They" want a world of poor, dependent workers who "will own nothing" (Klaus Schwab) and Government Elites ... nothing in between.

Because the elites want to become the ONLY landlords.

(”You’ll own nothing.” and be happy.)

Where do the Wall St guys, like Blackrock-Vanguard-Citadel and the big banks, fall in? Are they part of the Government Elites? Because they’re the ones pulling all these puppet strings.

When those landlords lose those houses, they’ll either have a fire sale or go into foreclosure. Blackrock will come swooping in, buy them and then the taxpayer will get to pay the Section 8 rent for whoever lives in them.

Via a stolen election and a senile old man,... the democrats are screwing all until we can get the stolen election changed.
They ALL KNOW biden is not the elected president! everyone knows it was a stolen election.. and everyone knows they continue to screw everyone by stalling... delaying.. lying... and the corrupted justice department, goes along with them...

As Bannon said a few days ago... if they think we are done.. we have only BEGUN to fight. If they do not turn this around.... we, as a nation... are finished!

I repeat what I’ve posted on here more than once.
If in a battle with a ruthless enemy, and YOU are the only one playing fair.. YOU WILL LOSE!

Let me guess: They can’t get rent yet they still have to pay property taxes AND oil and gas for the building and if they don’t the city/town fines and/or confiscates their building.

the bidens.. when he was asked should cuomo resign... for the same reason.. joe biden should resign.
anything they can ask from biden... it would also apply to them...
including child trafficking and millions from China, which puts them in a place of blackmail and more....

As a group, landlords are an easy political target because they are not a sympathetic class and are so disparate as to be difficult to organize politically. Instead of complaining though about the CDC mandate, the better approach would be to demand compensation in that their property is being taken for a public purpose without compensation, an offense against an express and well-litigated constitutional guarantee.

Housing is expensive, everywhere.
One of the Communist main stated goal was to provide cheap housing for all the needy. It was quite popular goal.
They did it (attempted to do it) by punishing the landlords. Confiscating properties, freezing rents, banning evictions, forever.
However, nobody will provide housing for the fellow man without just compensation.
Soon, nobody had any place to live. The housing in all communist countries became disaster, dozens of people piling up in small, crammed, crumbling places. Waiting lines for an apartment were like 30-40 years, if ever.

Current policies are heading in the same direction. The longer they extend the eviction ban, the more will people fall behind and the more will they own. The harder it will be for them to pay back and so number of potential evictions will increase. The only way for the admin to prevent massive evictions will be to keep extending the ban forever. (Does anybody believe that the ban will expire October 3?!) But then landlords will abandon the properties and voila, we have Soviet style housing shortages. It is scary!

There is something like $47 billion remaining in the Covid Bill for renters assistance - only 3% was spent of the original amount. Typical for assistance bills to classes of people that are despised or not well connected by the political class.

They won't be happy until everyone is living in a Stalinki or Khrushchyovka block:

BTW, those decrepit tiny apartments generally hosted three generations of families. Dozen of people crammed in small 1-2 bedroom apartments.
Unimaginable, actually illegal in the USA!

As a matter of fact Stalinki did not exists. To my knowledge Stalin did not built any places for people to live. He was busy building factories, military, atomic bomb, gulags. During Stalin era, all what was done was confiscating and subdividing old apartments.
I was Khrushchev, who actually decided to build some housing. This definitely looks like Khrushchev era housing!
