JACKSON, Miss. — Hinds County Sheriff Lee Vance has died from natural causes related to COVID-19, according to the Hinds County Sheriff's Office.
Vance's death will be labeled COVID-related by Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham Stewart, according to officials.
The Hinds County Sheriff's Office said in a tweet Wednesday that an ambulance was called to Vance's home in Jackson at 11:12 a.m., where he was found unresponsive.
"A family member had come to his after not being able to contact him and it was apparent that he was possibly suffering from some type of medical emergency," Capt. Tyree Jones said. "Our condolences are with his family his children and his grandchildren."
It was announced July 23 that the sheriff tested positive for COVID-19. Vance had not returned to the office since testing positive, according to county officials.
"He had been vaccinated, and for those who had not been vaccinated, you know how dangerous it is," said Hinds County Board of Supervisors President Credell Calhoun.

We are currently experiencing an increase of positive COVID-19 cases within our detention facilities in Raymond. This was revealed during random testing of detainees and employees. The numbers also reflect positive cases after rapid testing was conducted on detainees upon entry into the facility.
Currently, 60 detainees and 14 employees have tested positive for COVID-19 with the total number of 74. The employees are on mandatory quarantine and the detainees are being separated and quarantined within the detention facilities.
The HCSO will continue to practice and enforce safety measurements for both detainees and employees. It should also be noted the increased numbers are also a reflection of the increased numbers in the general public. I personally encourage people to get vaccinated in an effort to slow the spread and minimize the numbers of those infected.

From Governor DeSantis’ video released today on FB in conjunction with Tampa General Hospital and the USF Global Emerging Diseases Institute, early treatment with Regeneron is very effective. Sounds like this sheriff waited too long and / or was unaware of this treatment option. DeSantis has been stellar at getting information out there.

That’s VERY IMPORTANT), got covid and died and the high priests under Fauci (PBUH) claim that this shows how important it is to get the vaxx because COVID (which has a 98% survivability rate) is deadly and even being vaxxed isn’t a guarantee.

COVID deaths are usually not sudden or without a significant prodrome. This man may have been colonized in his upper respiratory tract with the “delta variant” and his death was unrelated to the presence of COVID. Only a good autopsy can really determine this man’s true cause of death.
The University of South Florida’s Global Emerging Disease Institute at Tampa General has 60 trials underway. I suspect that is how they aren’t bound by that protocol. And the Governor is on board with it all and has been since the beginning.

This County Board of Supervisors Calhoun has got to have been either drunk or stupid when he totally contradicted himself about the Sheriff’s death.
He was implying that if you got the vaccine, it was dangerous re “He had been vaccinated, and for those who had not, you know how dangerous it is”. WHAT IS? Getting the vaccine, not getting the vaccine?
I wonder what grade of school was his last. Definitely not a college course on “logical speaking”.
Now if the sheriff died from “natural causes”, then how can you blame it on COVID? It can only be an auxiliary cause of death, not the primary one.
My friend’s mother just died suddenly yesterday after having been in good general health (she had some problems).
She lived in Florida with her slightly younger husband who is in a hospital-type care with longtime heart/medical problems. He is about 93-94 and still alive. His wife just died at 100 and not from COVID though according to the leftist news, everyone who dies in Florida is dying from the new strain of COVID.
Sometimes people just die from natural causes, such as old age, or from medical conditions (known or unknown) as I did (cardiac arrest - doctors said that a blocked stent was “an adjunct cause, not the primary cause, which remains unknown). And here I am, 11 years later, just having survived a hidden pancreatic cancer that would have killed me if not found by a fluke in medical checkups.
Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one, and a natural death is a common one.
