The outrageous and facially unconstitutional imposition of an extension of the ban on eviction for non-payment of rent merits impeachment. In fact, a failure of the Republican caucus in the US House to offer up such articles against President Joseph Biden, who admitted that the action was unconstitutional according to most scholars, and Dr. Rochelle Walensky of the CDC, who signed the order, would signal acquiescence to what can only be termed a post-Constitutional political order.

Of course, Nancy Pelosi will refuse to let this even be debated. But that is on her and her caucus. They are complicit in a true insurrection of the constitutional order that has protected Americans for two and a quarter centuries. She and her accomplishes need to be on the record for their complicity in this crime.

I said this a few weeks ago. The GOP Party needs to start calling out Biden’s impeachable offenses. Th Dems do it on inauguration day, and the GOP is too afraid they will appear aggressive or mean and scare voters. I say BS, do what’s right and prepare to impeach on day one of a House takeover.

I don’t see how this order has any teeth, landlords should simply continue evictions. We already know it is unconstitutional, and, except for Kavanaugh deciding public policy rather than law, would have been struck down, and will be again.

In most states, (especially blue states), the local courts will not even allow “unlawful detainer/eviction), cases to be filed or if filed they will not assign a court date. Landlords need to file federal court suits against the CDC. In their state they may need to file a suit asking the state supreme court to order the lower courts to allow the eviction cases to go forward.
Can it be that the Mexican Cartel is paying the Bidens and Dems a kickback for each illegal they cross into America. Why else should Biden keep the border open even though he knows that thousands of them have Covid and are infecting mostly Texans and Floridians? These are the states getting most of the illegals and will eventually turn these States Blue. Follow the money.
