102-year-old Julia "Hurricane" Hawkins and 100-year-old Orville Rogers just broke world records in track and field events. How do they do it? "I have a determination to hang in there. Keep going. Never give up," Rogers has said.

Good for them both! May we all be that healthy at 100+.
Rather watch them than these Woke Olympic and at least they aren’t gendered confused even at their great ages.
The video is impressive. They’re both pretty fast.
Maybe they’ll have some children.
I just noticed that Orville Rogers died a year after the race in that video. But still, active to the end, which is great.

Fauja Singh ran the full Toronto marathon at 92. He is now 110.
