The landlords just need to walk away from their building if the financials dictate it. Let the Banks take it back and Rats take the blame. 2009 Mortgage crises Part Duex. The only reset this country needs is probably Real Estate. I wouldn’t mind picking up Mountain lake property on a 40% off sale.
Seeing what little pushback there is against this, I don’t see how the country can ever come out of the situation it’s in. The sheep just bend over and bleat “Can I have another one please?”.
