Fascist tyranny is shutting down free speech because of thoughtcrime and Kozak criticizes the victim. Clearly, Dr Mercola brought this on himself for his double-plus ungood beliefs.
The fascists will be much more lenient to Kozak because of his allegiance (assuming he’s not one of them.)

What makes him a quack. His bio looks like a typical entrepreneur. His site is funded by sales of his vitamins and supplements and he employs 50 people. He promotes keto diets, which I've found very effective for controlling weight, blood sugar and blood pressure.
Frankly he seems more trustworthy than the CDC and Fauci.

He’s a good naturopathic doctor. He doesn’t want people to take a lethal injection for a supposed disease with a .26% fatality rate. He seems ok to me.
