I have no idea how to navigate it

I’ve only been on for a few days, but I’m figuring out as I go. My state’s chat has been very helpful, and I have gathered much ‘ammunition’ for my phone calls regarding a FULL AUDIT, a la AZ.
I sent emails requesting an audit to my state reps weeks ago. No reply. Not even an auto-reply.
Anyone else getting this treatment?
It seems highly unusual that they would not even acknowledge that they got it. I didn’t expect my commie reps to like the email, but I expected some sort of answer. With the number of people sending similar emails, letters, etc, I would expect them to have some weasel word reply or at least “thank you for your interest in this matter” or something.
