These politicians know nothing but graft and then they think everything runs that way. They know nothing about capital investment, return on investment, income, expenses, balance sheets, etc.
No..........................
He is NOT the President. You can’t own a title that you stole.
GOAL: Bankrupt property owners and turn We the People into serfs.
Enough!
If you can fog a mirror and are getting any form of gov't assistance, you must show up for work at a public building at 8AM and work until 5PM every day doing whatever they deem necessary from cleaning toilets to sweeping sidewalks. If you have young kids, they go into day care and you have to pay part of the cost. No work, no pay.
Virtually every business I drive by has a help wanted sign somewhere and they aren't being filled because of BS programs like the Dems want to expand. Time to throw them out of DC.
More importantly, does the federal government at any time have the right to interfere with and set aside private contracts? No freeping way!
Here’s an issue for a state governor to grab on to. Declare your state will NOT support theft of property rights and destructive political pandering. Declare Fed.gov and CDC mandates NULL
I believe the CDC is claiming that they have the authority under a different provision of existing law.
No. He is President, not king.
I have been mulling this over for quite some time. While I am not a landlord, I think I understand the course of action I would take if I were:
I think I would decide to renovate and upgrade the kitchen for my tenants, which means:
1) I would need to shut off the water … for the entire house.
2) I would need to remove the stove … and wait for the replacement to arrive.
3) I would need to remove the front door … until the renovation job was completed.
King Joe can do whatever we let him. Long live the next king (but not queen Kamala).
No.
The only place he should be able to that is on Federal lands.
Of course, Congress should not be able to do that either. It’s a ‘taking’ under the 5th Amendment,
Landlords must be thinking about raising rents to protect themselves from these eviction bans.
I learned from this board that the renters are expected to pay all of the unpaid rent. Fat chance!
No.
Probably not, based on recent court decisions.
Why do people still keep harping on the fact that none of this is Constitutional?
Of course it isn’t.
It isn’t stopping the lawmakers, the people who interpret the constitutionality of laws, or the chief law enforcement officer.
As such, it’s a coup. A slow one, but it’s a coup.
Kavanaugh is so weak. The history of the SCOTUS is so replete with spineless, corrupt jellyfish like Kavanaugh that it seems clear that this is one branch the founders somehow designed incorrectly.
If you have a rental property and it isn’t paid off, you are setting yourself up for fail. They are doing this to assist their buddies. You are the target, your wealth, you are under attack.
The buy up of property by the elite groups is out there.

When Trump was in office, lefties managed to find a federal judge within days (California or Hawaii come to mind) to overturn whatever EO he signed.
Same needs to be done here. But it will languish in the court for a year or so.
