Cuomo’s begging folks to return to New York.
Guess DiBlasio didn’t get the memo.
This is not how to influence and motivate people to do something. None of this is going to end well.
I have absolutely no reason to visit that place till this mayor is long gone. If they elect another fool like this, they deserve what they get.

Many blacks here in California do not want the vaccine. Hispanics too.
Can’t wait until a black couple is denied a seat at the counter, or on the bus. The optics are priceless. Of course, the story might just go down the nearest media memory hole before too many people hear of it.
Elections have consequences
Was discussing the possibility of this the other day. One line of thought was “there’s no way to enforce this, there would be massive riots”.
I’m not so sure. DeBlasio is saying, out loud, that he’s going to start with “optional” activities, like restaurants, sporting events and the like, but has explicitly stated that his vaccine passports will allow him to expand this to “other activities, like shopping”. And that’s the part he’s saying out loud.
For myself, I think New York is going to go along with this, mostly. What happens in the rest of the country will largely depend on how this turns out in NYC.
“If you want to participate in our society fully, you’ve got to get vaccinated,” de Blasio said at a press conference on Tuesday morning.
And that right there is the bottom line. He and the rest of these leaches in government think they OWN society and therefore can control everything about it.

That is an important “if”. I have no interest in participating in your society, Mr Warren Wilhelm (his real name, the fake phony fraud). I only wish Bob Grant was still around to eviscerate this clown.
I had many job offers in NYC over the years, and always turned them down...
That is going to become the new normal for lots of folks.
But I did not want to participate in your society. That's why I left, just like hundreds of thousands have left NYC over the past few years.
Not a problem.
