Dominion CEO John Poulos: voting systems are
by design meant to be used as closed
systems that are not networked meaning that they
are not connected to the internet.
There is no internet connectivity at all.
They are not designed to be connected to the outside world
through either an internet connection
or any other, uh, external connect
whistleblower: Do we have these passwords in the system?
Dominion employee: Not the BIOS passwords.
whistleblower: What's that?
Dominion employee: The state's keeping them.
whistleblower: The state won't let us have our own
passwords?
Dominion employee: Not the BIOS passwords.
Sen. Peter J. Lucido: Does dominion have any way to remotely access any of the information on any of the
equipment or have remote access within the
Dominion CEO John Poulos: No.
Sen. Peter J. Lucido: Does anybody have access to the best
Dominion CEO John Poulos: No.
Dominion employee: You're connected to the internet.
whistleblower: Right.
Dominion employee: This one has wireless.
whistleblower: Right.
Dominion employee: But the devices are grayed out.
whistleblower: Are grayed out.
Dominion employee: Are not checked.
whistleblower: Oh. I see.
Dominion employee: They are disabled.
whistleblower: Okay. So, but you'd be able to go in and do that though right?
whistleblower: By unlocking it and putting the password in?
Dominion employee: Right.

And what evidence is incontrovertible? What entity is going to legally remove a sitting POTUS? The answer to both questions is NONE.
There are various reasons why the founders included the electoral college in the constitution. A states legislators can have the electors vote any way they choose, regardless of the popular vote. This alone chooses the president, a process that was completed in December, with no valid dissent.
It is over, but y’all hopium dealers are probably going to keep this nonsense up till 2024, aren’t you?

It is over, but y’all hopium dealers are probably going to keep this nonsense up till 2024, aren’t you?I never argued that the courts, the state legislators and then the electors would have the courage to do that right.
Don't put words in my mouth, you're not smart enough.

No, comparing an election to a stolen gun is the most non-sequitur argument I have seen on here.
Your brainworms are well fed. And if you think anything will happen to revert the POTUS to Trump, you are going to have a rough 3.5 years.

Of course. The point was over your flat head.

“The Constitution says no government confiscation of guns. Period.
“So now you’re forgetting about the literal words in US Constitution?”
Those are not the literal words in US Constitution.

“AND there is no Constitutional right to posses a stolen office of the presidency”
Straw man - nobody has argued a Constitutional right to posses a stolen office of the presidency.

“AND there is no Constitutional right to posses a stolen office of the presidency” Straw man - nobody has argued a Constitutional right to posses a stolen office of the presidency.
A legitimate president has the constitutional right to the office of the presidency until he is removed by impeachment or the 25th amendment.
A fraud (as proved in a court of law) posing as a president has no such constitutional right.
To: FreeReign
How is stealing a gun considered fraud? It is criminal theft. Pleading not guilty when one is found guilty is also not fraud. It is asserting one's fifth amendment right to have the crime proven against him.
The 4th amendment gives the government the power to seize the gun given a warrant from a judge and probable cause. Proven theft is probable cause.

Still just your straw man - nobody here has said or implied otherwise.

Strawman my foot. It was the original point of contention on this thread. But your agreement with my point is noted.

No, that’s just your functional illiteracy at work.
