A legitimate president has the constitutional right to the office of the presidency until he is removed by impeachment or the 25th amendment.

A fraud (as proved in a court of law) posing as a president has no such constitutional right.

Still just your straw man - nobody here has said or implied otherwise.

Strawman my foot. It was the original point of contention on this thread. But your agreement with my point is noted.
