Three guests visiting the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, were hospitalized after the attraction's iceberg wall collapsed.

Best part of that movie was seeing him turn blue and sink to the bottom.

Talk about truth in advertising. You go to a museum about a disaster and you get injured by that disaster.
Well it certainly is the closest thing to the real thing you’re gonna get.
In the Kingdom of Ice: The Grand and Terrible Polar Voyage of the USS Jeannette (2014) is a good, terrifying read about the consequences of that belief.
Haven’t seen it, but I watched a PBS special on it. The museum/reality experience looked impressive to me.
