Washington Examiner ^ | Aug. 2, 2021

Three guests visiting the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, were hospitalized after the attraction's iceberg wall collapsed.

(excerpt)

The Titanic Museum Attraction offers visitors the chance to explore recreations of the famous ship, including the iconic Grand Staircase and artifacts from the shipwreck.

"As visitors touch a real iceberg, walk the Grand Staircase and third class hallways, reach their hands into 28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks, they learn what it was like on the RMS Titanic by experiencing it first-hand," the website reads.

It’s a neat museum.

I thought "neat" meant no ice

”As visitors touch a real iceberg...”

Several years ago in Boston, there was a Titanic exhibition. Since I live in NY State, I decided to go see it. At the end of the exhibit, they had a big piece of the Titanic on display that had been brought up from the bottom. Water was being constantly run over it as it was still in the conservation period. I stood looking at it for a long time. Some guy walked over to me and said: "Go ahead...touch it. You know you wanna' touch it." There were signs posted specifically saying not to touch it, and I pointed that out to him. He said: "I touched it...go ahead and do it." So I reached out an touched the Titanic. Apparently nobody saw me do it, or if they did, they said nothing. All these years later, I'm still glad that I touched it.

If it’s salted enough the freezing point will be below 28-degrees.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Salty water has a lower freezing temperature than 32 degrees (if that is what you were thinking).
Ocean water freezes at a lower temperature than freshwater.
Fresh water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit but seawater freezes at about 28.4 degrees Fahrenheit , because of the salt in it.
