Not their homes...correct.

Also, they always had the option of paying their rent.

Didn’t the moratorium come from FedGov? In the spirit of “The Buck Stops Here” states should tell FedGov:

It’s NOT my problem, Skippy

Yes - the “Owners” of those homes are in danger of losing their property and incomes...

Most of them have been on uE benefits plus extra $300 a week. Why were they behind on their rent?

Not their homes, needs to be said again; plus you can bet that the landlords are not going to be compensated and many small ones will be unable to continue without receiving rent.

What I am hearing from the state, the reason it is taking so long for funds to be disbursed is because of federal government oversight in the state programs. It has been over five months since my landlord application was submitted, my application has been accepted but the renter application is still under review. Still waiting on that $10K check any day now.

Easy Solution: Democrat Party should pay all the overdue rent for their deadbeat pals. You know, the same people who haven’t missed a welfare check or enhanced unemployment benefit.

There's a sgnificant labor shortage.

Perhaps they could get a job and pay their rent?

WHAT ABOUT THE LANDLORDS WHO HAVE NO INCOME IN OVER A YEAR????
Evil they were made to carry deadbeats out of their own pockets.
And this was started in the previous administration

Anyone notice that the republicans and the conservatives are doing nothing to speak out for the landlords that are losing their homes or will lose their homes. And not just the ones that they rent, but the ones that they live in. Anyone going to speak out for the landlords that have not money to eat or pay their bills? Anyone going to speak out for the landlords that are losing their vehicles and everything they own? There may be a lot of suicides on the way.

Not my rent

Not my bill.

Why do they want me to pay others rent?

This is not about renters. It is about freeing up housing for illegals. Rent will now be paid to landlords through the BP budget. US citizens be damned.
