Salt tablets are actually bad for you. When we become dehydrated, the sodium concentration in the body is already elevated. Adding salt (sodium) only aggravates the condition by forcing the kidneys to excrete more water in order to eliminate the extra salt.
The only time I ever took them was when I was forced to by my drill instructor in basic training during the day of our long forced march. I ended up puking........

Müggelsee Beach Day,
My wife and daughter surprised me. Especially because my daughter went to the Zoo with her class today... then came with my wife to the beach. We had a great swim then a picture was taken as we left.

Yes, even though I did take a fall and cut my ankle on my bike when I turned too fast to rest on a bench. There was loose dirt near the bench. My Google Calendar says I rode daily for the past 11 days but now the weather is stormy. So I am taking rest days.⛈😴
