Yes. “Democratic civilization” or Constitutional Republic, the answer is still yes. The glory days are gone. It is now disintegrating before our very eyes. I really didn’t think I’d see this in my lifetime, but here we are.
Ultimately survival of humanity depends upon the unique contributions of individuals. The natural direction of things is toward freedom and self-determination. Throughout history needy narcissists have tried to subjugate others and deny them the ability to self-determine. This never ends well. The left are swimming against the tide.

I’m afraid you need a history lesson.
“Democracy” isn’t mentioned, even once, in the Declaration of Independence, nor the Constitution, nor the Bill of Rights. Now the framers of the constitution were learned men. They knew their history well. They had studied and discussed at length the various forms of government tried around the world over the years,
The national government, Federalism, the divided government, separation of powers, independent judiciary, all of the checks and balances, were specifically and deliberately included or excluded to basically preclude “Democracy”. Sure, the House of Representatives. That’s about it. They didn’t intend a Monarchy, Dictators, or Theocracy either.
Democracy is nothing more than Mob Rule. It leads to discontent, agitation, license, anarchy. Attitude towards property is communistic. Sound familiar?
Now you know why “Democracy” is just another log on the ash heap of history. It never works, because of human nature.

Take a step back and look at the big picture: There is no such thing as a successful civilization. If there was, we’d all be Corinthians or Romans. All civilizations have a beginning, middle and end. Throw a ball in the air and expect it not to land. Stop putting your faith/energy in man made civilizations.
I have really bad news for you, we, the United States of America, are not a democracy. We are a constitutional republic, or a republican form of governance.
That came to mind for me as well.
Remember, if the communists and other anti-Americans were in a position of power, they wouldn’t have to keep pulling these low IQ false flag events.
