"The Bedbugs have to be in her house too. I don't see a way out of that." Who knows? The poor woman might be living out of her car most of the time. She's probably had a run of bad luck keeps making more bad decisions because she's stressed out.
I hope the police didn't add insult to injury by issuing her any citations. The poor woman has already paid dearly for her mistake by torching her car.
That being said, I hope the police looked in the trunk of the car in case she had put a dead body in it.
