This is nothing but a procedural vote on Wednesday to move toward formal debate. It does not mean that the bill will pass. Just gives it space for debate which is needed to expose the facts that there is no detail to the bill and how can you vote on it.
I think it might be a good move by the Turtle to get the debate open so the public can see how porked up the bill is.

Agree...We do need an infrastructure bill but lets get to the fine print while the house is trying to distract us with Jan 6th....and Impeachment No. 3. I’m sure Nancy will call it that shortly.
