LOL - Good luck getting a serious answer to your question. There is genetic sequencing equipment that is used to determine a swab sample’s sequence of genetic “letters” which will identify which variant it is. Many testing labs have this equipment.
Does the “Delta” strain “attach to” (don’t know the right term) the same “ACE-2” receptor?
Not sure you know, but thought I’d ask.
There is little science in today’s hysteria, but Delta has been described as more contagious, and I have found no explanation.
