Sodium Silicoaluminate is the cause of most heart disease in America. This can be absorbed through the stomach lining. Basically it’s glass. When that glass gets inside your arteries it cuts them. Then or hero cholesterol, often touted as the baddie, comes in to repair the damage. Do the math.

Good for people to know. For at least a couple of decades I’ve used only canning (like pickling) said, Trader Joe’s sea salt (although I hate TJ’s), Real Salt, or Himalayan salt. I love salt! Low salt diets are not for everyone and can be harmful. I eat salt on everything practically. All those horrible ingredients in “table salt” are to keep it from clumping, so what? I keep salt in canning jars with plastic lids (metal rims can corrode). I wonder what the potassium iodine is for? There are other ways to get potassium.
